In Norrköping there is much to see and experience. Here history and future meet. Instead of demolishing and building new ones when the big factories were shut down, the municipality of Norrköping invested in guarding the different industrial landscape.

Norrköping is a bustling center for development, education and culture. There we can now see our beautiful waterfalls along the Motala Ström, visit the “Work Museum” and the old cotton factory “Strykjärnet” which is located in the middle of the stream. Here you can also find the “City Museum” and the new “Louis De Geer” Concert & Convention Center, where you can enjoy Norrköping’s symphony orchestra and many other performances.

In the center, most things feel close and many people like to shop here, shops are interspersed with cafes and restaurants and in the evenings the entertainment scene is buzzing with excitement. Just a stone’s throw from Hotell Drott you will find the charming neighborhood “Knäppingen” where small shops are mixed with market shops and restaurants. Take the opportunity and enjoy a good cup of coffee at one of the many outdoor terraces.

Here in Norrköping you are close to everything, nice fishing waters in the middle of the city, large parks, the cactus planting in Carl Johans park, the rock carvings at Himmelstalund, Himmelstalundsbadet, Lindöbadet, the Östgöta archipelago with lovely swimming areas, Kolmården Djurpark, Tropicarium, Go-Kart tracks, more nice bowling center etc.

It is not many minutes’ drive between the golf courses and you can basically walk to the airport!
